These terms are an agreement between the members of the TrueCrypt project and you. By making a donation to the members of the TrueCrypt project using the form below (or in any other way), you accept these terms and signify that you understand and agree to them. Your donation to the TrueCrypt project members is entirely voluntary and is not a fee/compensation/requirement for any services, goods, benefits, or advantages, and making a donation does not entitle you to any such services or benefits. You grant the TrueCrypt project members the irrevocable, perpetual, and unlimited right to use the money (donated by you) in any way and for any purpose they see fit (including, but not limited to, paying personal bills and other expenses unrelated to the TrueCrypt project), and they are not obligated to disclose how or for what purpose the funds are used unless required by law. Furthermore, they are not obligated to (and will not) issue any certificate, statement, confirmation, invoice, or receipt for your donation (however, the payment processor may email a receipt and transaction details to you). Although TrueCrypt is free software, to our best knowledge the TrueCrypt project does not have any tax-exempt status. Your donation may or may not be tax-deductible; please consult your tax advisor. We disclaim any and all warranties and liability. We will not publish or disclose your name or email address without your consent, unless required by law. Your donation is non-refundable.
